Display Protect Solutions has completed the installation of its core manufacturing equipment, establishing the capability to produce precision polymer and glass cover lenses for electronic displays.

Installed capability will support:

• Precision CNC machining of polymer substrates

• Semi-automated precision screen printing

• Pressure lamination within a controlled clean-room environment

• High-intensity visual inspection under controlled lighting

• Prototype and low-to-medium volume production

Equipment selection prioritised repeatability, maintainability and process control over production volume.

Rather than selecting equipment solely for maximum throughput, every major system was chosen to deliver accuracy, repeatability and long-term process stability.
