Mark has over 30 years of experience in the design and manufacture of polymer and glass cover lenses for electronic displays. His background spans automotive, aerospace, defence, medical, industrial, marine, and transportation applications where optical performance, durability, and traceability are critical.

His focus is helping customers move efficiently from prototype through production, reducing risk while maintaining consistent quality.
Tonia brings over 23 years of experience in the cover lens industry, supporting the production and delivery of precision components for electronic display applications.
Her role focuses on material handling, preparation of parts for downstream processes, and final quality inspection prior to packaging and dispatch. With extensive experience in cover lens manufacturing environments, she helps ensure that finished lenses meet required specifications and are presented to customers in line with defined quality standards.
Working closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams, Tonia supports efficient workflows and the controlled processes required for consistent, high-quality cover lens production.
Fern manages project coordination to ensure that each customer order progresses efficiently from quotation through to delivery.
Her role focuses on supply chain coordination, scheduling, and customer communication, helping ensure that materials, processes, and delivery timelines remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
By maintaining clear oversight of project milestones and supplier interactions, Fern helps ensure that DPS orders are delivered on time and in line with customer expectations.
Gareth is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial control, planning, and corporate strategy.
He has held senior finance roles, including Chief Financial Officer within large corporate organisations, overseeing financial governance, reporting, and long-term financial planning.
At Display Protect Solutions, Gareth provides oversight of the company’s financial management, compliance, and strategic planning, ensuring that the business operates with strong financial discipline as it grows from prototype support through to full production supply.
