Why we operate this way
Display Protect Solutions operates a deliberately focused manufacturing model designed for projects where control matters more than scale. Many display cover lens programmes fail late due to cosmetic variation, process instability, or inspection defined too late in the development cycle.
High-volume production environments are optimised for throughput. They are poorly suited to low to medium-volume, high-mix, cosmetic-sensitive components where variation, hand-offs, and late adjustments introduce risk.
Our 50m2 micro-factory model was designed, and is structured to remove those failure modes.
By developing manufacturing processes alongside design — using tightly controlled CNC machining, semi-automated screen printing, pressure lamination, and defined inspection — we maintain alignment between design intent, process capability, and cosmetic outcome from early development through production.
