Precision Pressure Lamination

Display Protect Solutions uses precision pressure lamination to apply PCAP sensors, optical adhesives, pressure-sensitive adhesive systems and functional layers to polymer and glass cover lenses.

Controlled lamination is essential to achieving consistent appearance, reliable adhesion and long-term performance. Every process is developed around the selected materials, application environment and downstream assembly requirements.

Whether laminating display windows, integrating PCAP touch sensors, applying optical or pressure-sensitive adhesives, mounting spacers or functional films, our controlled process delivers repeatable, high-quality results across prototype, pilot and production manufacture.
